I'm the Industry Development Manager at FORM Contemporary Craft and Design, Western Australia's peak body for the craft and design sector. Over the past five years, my role at FORM has shifted many times, from assisting with running a retail space to managing our Designing Futures project and now to managing our overall industry development program.

I am currently working on Designing Futures - which helps artists and designers to design and develop better products, market them to new audiences and improve their business practices; our exhibitions program - which examines all aspects of craft and design today; workshops, publications and various other public programs; and some strategy and policy work.

While I'm not a designer or maker, I have a passionate interest in the sector, and my role allows me to explore its many wondrous parts. I believe that Australia (and Western Australia in particular) is an amazing place, with so many opportunities presenting themselves during this 'boom' time, and I want to see that our sector takes advantage of them to full effect.
