High Tea with Mrs Woo

We are a three sister design team who run a label "High Tea with Mrs Woo". Rowena (28) and Juliana (26) Foong have background and degrees in Graphic Design and Visual Communication whereas Angela (24) Foong has a background in Economics and Commerce, having worked in corporate finance for Deloitte Touche Tomatsu in San Francisco and Sydney.

We have only had our label for a little over 2 years. In this short history, we have been honoured to have our work exhibited at some great galleries including Object in Sydney, Victoria and Albert Museum in London, Sydney Design Week and Lake Macquarie City Art Gallery.

We were winners of Mercedes Start Up Awards in 2005 which launched us onto the fashion platform and we have since shown our collections on the runways of Mercedes Australian Fashion Week.

Our next adventure is participating in the Park Hyatt Sydney "Pret-a-Porter: a Fashionista's Afternoon Tea" and Westpac Rescue Helicopter Ball fundraiser, both events in August.

We are based in Newcastle New South Wales where we are still running our workshop from the garage. We design and make women's wear which is currently represented in about 17 boutiques across Australia, New Zealand and Europe.
